Everything a power user wants

Mosaic brings your sources, guide, library, and recordings together in one fast, native app.

Built for scale

30,000+ channels load in under two seconds. Virtualized lists and an indexed database keep scrolling and search instant, no matter how big your playlist is.

Faithful categories

Your provider's order, grouping hierarchy, names, and even emoji are preserved exactly as authored. No forced alphabetical sort that buries channel #1 at position #847.

M3U & Xtream Codes

Both raw M3U/M3U8 URLs and Xtream Codes API accounts are first-class — with richer categories, VOD/Series libraries, and catch-up when your source provides them.

Full program guide (EPG)

A scrollable EPG grid merges XMLTV and Xtream guide data, with now/next, per-source refresh, and one-click recording straight from a program cell.

DVR recording

Record now or schedule from the guide. Recordings run in the background with their own resume state and finish with a toast — no impact on playback.

Multi-view

Watch up to nine streams at once in a 2×2 or 3×3 mosaic with a pooled, memory-safe player. Tap to focus, double-tap to swap the audio.

Movies & Series

Poster grids for VOD and series, with a Continue Watching strip and on-poster resume that remembers exactly where you stopped — across channels, films, and episodes.

Catch-up & archive

Jump back in time on channels that support catch-up — Xtream timeshift and template catch-up sources are both handled automatically.

Smart playback engine

A hybrid engine inspects each stream and falls back to FFmpeg for .ts, MPEG-2, AC-3, and HEVC, with adaptive buffering, HDR10 passthrough, and auto-retry on drops.

Audio, subtitles & sync

Pick any audio or subtitle track and nudge A/V sync per channel — Mosaic remembers your offset for next time.

Parental controls

PIN-lock whole categories so they stay hidden from search, the guide, and the sidebar until you unlock them.

Polished extras

Picture-in-Picture, theater mode, fullscreen, sleep timer, media-key support, favorites, channel-logo backfill, light/dark themes, and Store auto-updates.

What makes Mosaic different

Most players treat your playlist as a flat list to alphabetize. Mosaic treats it as something you curated.

Typical IPTV players

  • Re-sort everything alphabetically, destroying your provider's order
  • Flatten grouped categories into one giant list
  • Stutter or freeze on large playlists
  • Web wrappers with no real Windows integration
  • Bundle ads, accounts, or content "discovery"
  • Phone home with what you watch

Mosaic

  • Preserves order, hierarchy, names, casing, and emoji exactly
  • Keeps your full category tree intact
  • Handles 30,000+ channels with instant search
  • Truly native — HDR, media keys, touch, x64 & ARM64
  • No ads, no account, no bundled content
  • Your data never leaves your device

What you watch is nobody's business but yours

Mosaic doesn't track your viewing. Your playlists, credentials, watch history, and recordings stay on your device — never uploaded to us. There's no account to create and no advertising SDK.

Crash reports and basic usage timing are strictly opt-in and never include channel names, URLs, or playlist contents. You can turn them on or off any time in Settings → Diagnostics.

Read the Privacy Policy

Bring your own playlist

Mosaic is a neutral media player. It does not provide, host, recommend, or bundle any streaming services, channel lists, or content. The playlists and credentials you add are yours — and so is the responsibility for making sure they're legal where you live. Use Mosaic with subscriptions you've purchased from a service you trust, legitimate free public broadcasts (such as iptv-org), or your own recordings.

Frequently asked

Does Mosaic come with any channels or content?+

No. Mosaic ships empty. You add your own M3U/M3U8 URL or Xtream Codes account in the setup wizard. We never bundle, suggest, or host any content.

What does it cost?+

$4.99 — a one-time purchase on the Microsoft Store, with no subscription and no in-app purchases. You can try it free for a day first; buy once and it works on every Windows device signed in to the same Microsoft account.

Is there a free trial?+

Yes. Mosaic includes a free 1-day trial through the Microsoft Store — every feature is unlocked for 24 hours. To keep using it after the trial, it's the one-time $4.99 purchase; there's no subscription and no in-app purchases. The trial starts when you install from the Store.

Where can I buy Mosaic? Can I buy it directly from you?+

Only through the Microsoft Store. Mosaic isn't sold directly by SoFloWare or anywhere else — Microsoft handles the free trial, the purchase, payment, your license, and any refunds. There's no separate account, license key, or checkout on this website.

Which versions of Windows are supported?+

Windows 10 (1809+) and Windows 11, on both Intel/AMD (x64) and ARM64 devices. ARM64 is a first-class build, so Mosaic runs natively on Snapdragon-powered laptops.

Does it work with both M3U and Xtream Codes?+

Yes — both are first-class. When you paste an Xtream-style URL, Mosaic offers to import via the Xtream API for richer categories, VOD/Series libraries, EPG, and catch-up.

Do you collect data about what I watch?+

No. Your playlists, credentials, and viewing history never leave your device. Crash reports and usage timing are opt-in and contain no content identifiers. See the Privacy Policy.
